PepoChat is an AI support agent for your website. You give it your own content, put one script tag on your site, and it answers visitors from what you gave it, streams replies in real time, looks things up in the tools you connect, books meetings on your calendar, and hands the conversation to your team the moment a person should step in.

A visitor's question goes through the same path every time: the agent searches your knowledge base, decides whether it needs a tool (an order lookup, a calendar, a ticket), answers or acts, and escalates to your inbox when it cannot help or when the visitor asks for a person.
What makes it different
- It answers only from your content. No answer in the knowledge base means "I don't know", and an offer to bring in your team, instead of a guess.
- It acts, not just answers. Order status, subscription changes, tickets, alerts and bookings happen inside the chat through integrations you approve field by field.
