- What powers the AI answers?
- Your own content. You upload documents or point PepoChat at your website; the agent retrieves from that private knowledge base and answers only with what it finds — with a human handoff when it can't.
- How does appointment booking work?
- Connect your scheduling calendar with an API key, choose which meeting types the agent may offer, and it books real slots — timezone-aware, with confirmations and meeting links handled by your calendar.
- Can the agent take actions, like checking an order?
- Yes. Custom actions let the agent call any HTTPS API you configure — it collects the inputs from the customer, makes the call, and answers with the result. Prebuilt integrations for Stripe, Shopify, Slack, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, and Salesforce connect with one API key. Your database is never exposed: credentials are encrypted, and you choose exactly which response fields the agent may read.
- What is meeting memory?
- If you record meetings and keep AI notes, the agent can recall a returning customer's past topics and commitments — but only after they verify their email with a one-time code, and only if you switch the feature on.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly plans are month to month, yearly plans are billed up front at ten months' price (two months free), and both are prorated when you move between plans or intervals; downgrading returns you to the Free plan without losing your conversation history. Replies past your plan's allowance are billed at $10 per 1,000 on the next invoice, and extra seats can be added or removed any time.
